Session Report: June 8, 2007

I arrived at the marina around 12:40pm. I rigged the 5.0 and just hoped the wind wouldn't be too brutal. The 5.0 served me well. I had it down hauled to the max, and pretty close to the max on the out haul. I was able to sail in control most of the time. I was very happy with the conditions. There was challenge present, but I never felt like I was in survival mode. I'm sure I'll be sailing the big gear for most of the summer, so it was nice to get in this session on the small stuff.
