Session Report: October 27, 2007
I sailed by myself at the corner/beach today for two hours. Sailed from 2pm - 4pm. The sun had just popped out from behind the clouds and the wind started blowing 15-20mph. I expected less wind, so I was a little overpowered with the 9.5 I rigged.
Session Report: October 21, 2007
Sunday was insanely windy. I had my sail (5.2) stretched to the max, and I was still overpowered most of the day. I think I overdosed on wind. I'll be in rehab for the next few weeks. I got some awesome jumps. The one above is a still shot from a friends video camera.
Session Report: October 18, 2007
Sailed the corner by myelf this morning from 8:45 - 11:15. Rigged a 5.2 with max downhaul to handle the crazy gusts. Had an excellent time. The wind shifted 180-210 throughout the session so the "power zone" slowly moved over to the east. I came in after 2.5 solid hours of sailing and packed it up.
