Lake Michigan Road Trip: August 1, 2009
I went to Saugatuck, Michigan to windsurf at Oval Beach last Saturday. I love that place. In the four times that I have sailed there, the waves were the biggest this last time. The height of the waves was from 5-8 feet. Every once in a while, I encountered a wave that towered above me and sent me fleeing in fear. The waves managed to chew me up and spit me out on the beach twice. What a blast!
